How to Check Your Sim Registration Status on MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9mobile

Not quite long, NCC has directed all telecom companies to instruct all 9.2 million sim card users to update their details to avoid been blocked due to improper registration. This was initiated due to the latest directives from the Federal Government.

For so long , it has been difficult for subscribers of major networks in Nigeria doesn't know how to check their sim registration status easily. With the recent announcement about Banning Sim cards which are not registered properly, It's just nice if we give you a heads-up on how you can avoid your sim from being banned by your network provider.

How To Check Your Sim Registration Status

• MTN → dial *789*1#
• Airtel → dial *746#
• 9mobile → dial 746 or 200
• Glo → text REG to 746 or 3456

After dialing those codes above for the applicable to your network, you should receive a message stating if your sim is registered or not
